Traffic accident near Saratov injures four citizens of Uzbekistan, kills one 

“On the night of March 20, in the Fedorovsky district, on the A-298 Yershov-Engels highway, turning to the village of Plyos, a car collided with a truck. Five people were injured, one of them died. All were adults,” RIA Novosti reports with to Kostin’s Telegram channel.

He clarified that a young man about 25 years old was killed, four citizens of Uzbekistan aged about 20 to 30 were injured. “One man has an open craniocerebral injury, a chest injury, a coma of the third degree, the condition is extremely serious... The second one has a closed craniocerebral injury, a concussion, a trauma to the lumbar spine, shock, a condition severe... The third has a closed craniocerebral injury, concussion of the brain, an injury of the lumbar spine, a serious condition... The fourth has a closed craniocerebral injury, a concussion of the brain, a condition of moderate severity,” the minister said. 

According to him, all four were hospitalized in the Fedorovsky district hospital, of which the first two were placed in the intensive care unit.

According to the press service of the regional traffic police department, on the R-208 highway between the villages of Mokrous and Spartak, Volkswagen Polo car driven by a man (born in 1996) and a DAF driven by a man (born in 1990) collided. It is specified that the driver of the car was killed, and his four passengers were injured. Employees of the state traffic inspectorate are establishing all the circumstances.
