145 applicants who were unfairly “cut off” by selection committee became students
A criminal case has been initiated against members of the admissions committee of the Fergana branch of the State University of Physical Culture and Sports.
The Fergana regional prosecutor’s office studied the results of professional creative exams held in the 2022-2023 academic year at the Fergana branch of the State University of Physical Culture and Sports. In the course of the study, fraudulent exam results were discovered, due to which many applicants who showed high results were illegally deprived of the opportunity to become students by members of the admissions committee.
The results of the exams, created by the interdepartmental commission, were revised and 145 applicants were solemnly presented with student cards.
A criminal case has been initiated against officials of the admissions committee of the Fergana branch of the State University of Physical Culture and Sports. Currently, an investigation is underway.
