Russian border guards detain citizens of Uzbekistan who tried to enter Russia illegally
In the Bredinsky district of the Chelyabinsk region, two citizens of Uzbekistan were detained while trying to illegally enter the territory of Russia.

“In 2022, two citizens of Uzbekistan arrived in Kazakhstan to cross the border of the Russian Federation through the Bredinsky district of the Chelyabinsk region. FSB employees detained violators. The defendants were sentenced under Part 2, Article 322 of the Criminal Code of Russia (illegal crossing of the state border),” the press service of the Bredinsky District Court said.
As reported in court, the citizens of Uzbekistan pleaded guilty. One defendant was imprisoned for one year to be served in a colony settlement. The second - in the form of deprivation of liberty for one year and six months with serving in a strict regime correctional colony, since he had already been brought to criminal responsibility in the territory of the Russian Federation and served his sentence.
