According to the press service of the National Aviation Agency, cases of selling tickets for a non-existent flight have recently become more frequent.
In particular, tickets for the flight of Yamal Airlines from Karshi Airport on April 27 of this year were sold.
The Agency urged citizens, before purchasing tickets on online platforms or at ticket offices, to check for a request and permission to operate certain flights on the main page of the official website of the Uzaviation Agency (www.uzcaa.uz) in the Information Board section.
“In order to comply with the rights of passengers and the obligations of the carrier, we call on legal entities and individuals, private air ticket offices and travel agencies involved in the sale of air tickets to comply with these requirements and not create inconvenience for citizens,” Uzaviatsia emphasized.
