Uzbekistan’s oil production up
In January-April 2023, Uzbekistan produced 258,500 tons of oil.

According to the Statistics Agency, the figure has increased by 4.3% compared to the same period last year.
The agency added that over the past four months, 504,6 thousand tons of motor gasoline were produced in the country, which is more by 32% than in the same period in 2022.
The production volume of other industrial products during the reporting period:
— Coal - 1,471.5 thousand tons
— Gas condensate - 423.1 thousand tons
— Buses - 257 units
— Trucks - 717 units
— Car engines - 62 thousand units
— Passenger cars (excluding special vehicles) - 82,383 units
