Shavkat Mirziyoyev to visit Iran

On June 18, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a visit to Iran.

This was stated by the Director General of the Department of Central Asia, Russia and the Caucasus of the Trade Development Organization of Iran Rahmatollah Khormali during a meeting with entrepreneurs in Tashkent, Kun.iz reports with reference to Newshub.

According to him, on the eve of the visit, a business forum will be held in Tehran with the participation of business circles of the two countries.

It should be recalled that on September 14, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi arrived on an official visit to Uzbekistan.

Later, a meeting between Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Ebrahim Raisi took place at the Samarkand Congress Center. As a result of the meeting, 18 documents covering various areas of cooperation were signed.

Then Ebrahim Raisi invited the President of Uzbekistan to pay a return visit to Iran at a convenient time for him.
