Lightning kills a 17-year-old boy in Andijan
It also struck a 15-year-old girl nearby and injured her.

On June 19, in the Pakhtaabad district of the Andijan region, a 17-year-old young man was killed after being struck by lightning.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the lightning also struck a 15-year-old girl nearby. Her condition is currently assessed as satisfactory and she is receiving medical treatment in a local hospital.
Preliminary information says that they were working in the field.
The prosecutor’s office is investigating the case.
