FlyArystan airline launches flights from Astana to Tashkent
On July 3, Kazakhstan’s low-cost airline FlyArystan connected Astana and Tashkent with direct flights, the press service of Uzbekistan Airports reports.
At 01:55 local time, the plane with 180 passengers on board landed at Tashkent International Airport. An event dedicated to the opening of a new route was held at the airport, in which the management of Uzbekistan Airports, the Embassy of Kazakhstan and representatives of the airline took part.
Flights en route Astana-Tashkent-Astana are planned to be carried out on Airbus A320 planes twice a week – on Mondays and Wednesdays. The company plans to fill the flight map with new routes connecting Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in the near future.
For information, FlyArystan is Kazakhstan’s low-cost airline headquartered in Almaty. The company was founded on the basis of Air Astana, the largest airline in Kazakhstan.
It should be recalled that in March, during the negotiations between the aviation administrations of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, it was decided to increase the number of regular flights on the routes Astana-Tashkent-Astana and Almaty-Tashkent-Almaty.
