Photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 1 MW put into operation in Namangan
The photovoltaic plant will generate 1.9 million kWh of electricity per year.

A solar photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 1 MW for own needs was put into operation at the Turakurgan TPP.
As a result of commissioning of the plant, an additional 1.9 million kWh of electricity per year will be generated.
“Due to this, 500,000 cubic meters of natural gas will be saved annually. Excess electricity will be sold under a regional power grid agreement,” the Ministry of Energy said in a statement.
