Developer in Tashkent signs fake contracts, deceives people for 40 billion soums

23 citizens who wanted to buy a house became victims of fraud.

Earlier, a number of publications reported that citizens in Yashnabad district have paid money to one of the construction companies, but they have not been given a house for 3 years, the PGO provided information on the case.

It was found out that A.A., the head of “Z.G.” LLC, signed fake sales contracts with 23 citizens who expressed their desire to buy apartments, and fraudulently obtained more than 4 billion soums of citizens’ funds.

A criminal case was initiated under Article 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code and sent to the internal affairs body for preliminary investigation.
