Defense Minister Kurbanov discusses military cooperation issues with Commander of US Armed Forces Michael Kurilla

The meeting took place in Tashkent.

First, an official welcome ceremony was held with the participation of the honor guard. The national anthems of the two countries were played by the military orchestra. After that, a bilateral cooperation meeting was held at the central office of the Ministry of Defense. 

At the meeting, the parties discussed the achievements in the military sphere and the possibilities of continuing cooperation in the issues planned to be implemented in the future.

It should be reminded that Michael Kurilla, head of the US Central Command, visited Uzbekistan in June 2022 as well.
