Changes coming into force from October 1 announced
According to its tradition, Kun.uz website reminds citizens of some changes that will take place in the legislation of Uzbekistan from October 1, 2023.
• New procedure will be introduced for calculating prices for fuel and energy:
Electricity tariffs for AMMC, NMMC, Uzmetkombinat and budgetary organizations are set at 1,000 soums per kWh, for other organizations - 900 soums.
• A legal experiment will be conducted to improve the infrastructure of Tashkent;
• A register (list) of business entities that have been granted exclusive rights is being introduced, the maintenance of which and monitoring of compliance by business entities conditions for non-discrimination are assigned to the Competition Development Committee;
• Rating of travel agencies engaged in sending pilgrims to Umrah will be introduced;
• Ponds will be rented online;
• Employer will be provided with subsidies;
City planners will be certified;
Unified register of social protection will be launched;
• IT sphere will be introduced more benefits;
• Medical certificates will be issued electronically.
