The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will allocate $170 million to the electric transport development program in Uzbekistan, UzA reports.
First Deputy Minister of Transport Mamanbiy Omarov discussed with ADB representatives the issue of Uzbekistan’s participation in the “Electromobility Program” implemented by the UN Green Climate Fund in seven countries.
Under the program, Uzbekistan will receive $170 million, of which $105 million will be provided on the basis of a loan, and $65 million will be grants.
