Uzbekistan Airports’ 100 percent share in SILK AVIA transferred to Uzbekistan Helicopters
The share of Uzbekistan Airports in the authorized capital of the airline is transferred to Uzbekistan Helicopters.
The president has already signed a relevant decision.
In accordance with the decision, the following will be implemented:
- A 100 percent share of Uzbekistan Airports JSC in the authorized capital of SILK AVIA LLC will be transferred to Uzbekistan Helicopters LLC;
- 3 ATR72-600 aircraft of Uzbekistan Airports JSC will be given to SILK AVIA LLC free of charge;
- The number of ATR72-600 aircraft will be increased within the framework of implementing the strategy of effective organization and development of the activities of SILK AVIA LLC;
- Uzbekistan Helicopters LLC, a part of Uzbekistan Airways JSC, is responsible for increasing the number of domestic flights, expanding their geography, launching new routes, and developing the fleet of ATR72-600 aircraft.
