PRC company to invest $50 million in Fergana
The development company will build a 5-star hotel, shopping center and residential complex.

The Chinese company Jilin Zhong Tian intends to invest $50 million in a number of projects in the Fergana region, the press service of the regional administration reports.
On October 23, the Fergana regional governor, Khayrullo Bozorov, discussed with a representative of the Chinese development company Jilin Zhong Tian an investment project for the construction of a 5-star hotel, a shopping and entertainment center and a residential complex in Fergana.
As a result of the negotiations, the parties agreed that within two weeks the developer would develop master plans for three construction projects.
In addition, another company from China, Huizhenshi, plans to build 12-story residential buildings according to Chinese standards, with retail outlets located on the lower floors. The amount of investment in the construction project will range from $50 to $90 million.
