Illegal mining farm misappropriates electricity worth 425 million soums in Surkhandarya
A criminal case was initiated against those who organized a mining farm that caused more than 425 million soums of damage to the interests of the state and society.

In Uzun district, a family that installed mining crypto-asset devices was identified, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
During an operative event held by the Uzun district PGO department in cooperation with employees of the SSS and the DIA, O.K. colluded with citizen J.U.; they arbitrarily connected 114 mining crypto-asset devices to the public power grid in their home and caused 425.7 million soums of damage to the interests of the state and society.
A criminal case under Article 169 of the Criminal Code (theft) has been initiated. Currently, an investigation is underway.
