Uzbekistan Airways to launch flights from Tashkent to Rome

National carrier Uzbekistan Airways is launching regular flights on the Tashkent to Rome route, according to the airline's press service.

Direct flights from Tashkent to Rome and back will be operated with medium-haul Airbus 321Neo aircraft once a week on Sundays. The inaugural flight is scheduled for March 31 this year.

Flight schedule (local time):

• Departure from Tashkent at 15:50, arrival in Rome at 19:50;
• Departure from Rome at 21:20, arrival in Tashkent at 06:20 (on the following day).

At the time of publication, the price of a one-way ticket without luggage starts from $282, while a return ticket starts from $295.
