Uzbekistan’s Mvizion company was included in the list of sanctions imposed on Russia by the Council of the European Union on the eve of the second anniversary of its invasion of Ukraine.
It is noted that restrictions have been imposed on 106 individuals and 88 legal entities responsible for actions that threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Uzbekistan’s Mvizion company is among them.
According to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, it was established in June 2022 and is engaged in “wholesale trade of electronic and telecommunication equipment and their spare parts”.
Igor Ievlev is listed as the sole founder of the company with a charter capital of 1 million soums. He is also listed as the head of the company.

“The company ID Solutions belongs to Igor Ievlev. On his LinkedIn page, Ievlev notes that he has created and launched several successful IT projects over the course of 20 years. He also has connections to Mvizion in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. According to a customs database, Mvizion supplied Russia’s ID Solutions company with $1.8 million worth of products after the war, including goods from American companies Hitech Global and Nvidia. Before the war, ID Solutions and Hitech Global traded directly. The owner of the Russian company ID Solutions and the company Mvizion in Uzbekistan is the same person – Igor Ievlev,” the article reads.
It should be noted that the company was sanctioned by the United States in November 2023, and by Great Britain in December.
Earlier, the US Ministry of Finance imposed sanctions on several companies of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan for supplying products to Russia, bypassing the restrictions. The representative office of Polarstar Logistics in Uzbekistan is also among them.
