A woman beat a girl because she did not prepare her homework and lied to her. The child died from her injuries in the hospital.
A woman was detained in the Tashkent region for beating her six-year-old niece, who later died in hospital, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
It turned out that A.T. left her 6-year-old daughter Ch.A. in the care of her sister N.I. On March 12, at about 01:00, the woman began to pinch the girl and hit her with a piece of wood on the arms and other parts of the body because she didn’t prepare her homework and lied.
On the same day, the Investigation Department of the Buka District DIA opened a criminal case under Article 104 of the Criminal Code (Intentional grievous bodily harm). On March 13, a preventive measure in the form of detention was applied to the woman.
On March 15, minor Ch.A., despite the medical assistance provided, died in the intensive care unit of the district medical association.
Currently, a preliminary investigation is being carried out on the criminal case.
