Uzbekistan’s ambassador meets with Interior Minister of Qatar

Qatar’s Minister of Interior said that the close friendly relations established between the leaders of the two countries are an important factor in strengthening bilateral relations. He said that the Qatari side is ready to further expand cooperation with law enforcement agencies of Uzbekistan.

During the high-level visit to Doha on October 2, 2023, the importance of ensuring the practical implementation of the memorandum of understanding signed between the Ministries of Interior of the two countries was noted.

Abdulaziz bin Faisal bin Mohammed Al Thani also invited the Uzbek side to the World National Security Exhibition “Milipol Qatar”, which will be held in Doha in October this year. It is expected that this event will serve as an important platform for the parties to discuss promising areas of cooperation.
