Solikhon Ortikhodjayev was found to have committed the offenses envisaged in Article 183 (petty hooliganism) and Article 194-1 (failure to fulfill the legal requirements of an employee of internal affairs bodies) of the Administrative Responsibility Code.
Solikhon Ortikhodjayev, known as Solikhon “domla” (“mentor”) on social networks, was imprisoned for 15 days.
Tashkent city court informed Kun.uz that Solikhon Ortikhodjayev was found to have committed the offenses stipulated in Article 183 (petty hooliganism) and Article 194 (failure to fulfill the legal requirements of an employee of internal affairs bodies) of the Administrative Responsibility Code.
At the beginning of 2022, Solikhon Ortikhodjayev, who worked as a deputy imam in the “Fatkh” mosque of Zangiota district (Tashkent region), was dismissed from his job.
It is noted that the sharp speeches of this deputy imam, who is known as Salikhan “domla” on social networks, caused objections from citizens, especially residents of Khorezm region.
