When checking the house of a citizen living in the Kibray district (Tashkent region), a large batch of drugs prepared for sale was discovered: 4.8 kg of mephedrone, 3.8 kg of spice and 2.1 kg of the psychostimulant “Alpha-PVP”.

It was established that these drugs were imported into the country from Kazakhstan, bypassing customs. In the future, it was planned to sell them in small portions via the Internet.

In another case, drugs were found in the Zangiata district (Tashkent region) in a truck that arrived from Russia and was transporting spare parts for cars. 3.8 kg of mephedrone were hidden in three cardan shafts. This batch of two citizens was also planned to be sold to buyers via the Internet, divided into small doses.

In another case, when checking the place of temporary residence of a native of Syrdarya in the Yangikhayot district of Tashkent, 5.7 kg of the potent substance pregabalin, also imported from Russia, was found in his possession.

This citizen planned to hide small portions of the substance in secluded places in the Yangikhayot and Sergeli districts and sell them through the Telegram messenger, the report reads.

Currently, criminal cases have been initiated against these persons, and a preventive measure in the form of detention has been applied against them.
