Foreign investors exempt from taxes on dividends received on shares for 3 years
As Shavkat Mirziyoyev said at the Tashkent International Investment Forum, foreign investors will now be exempt from taxes on dividends received on shares for a period of three years.
The third Tashkent International Investment Forum started with the participation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. At this moment, the president is speaking at the plenary session.
It is noted that in order to support entrepreneurship and business, a number of specific measures have been developed in the country.
Foreign investors are now exempt from taxes on dividends received from shares for a period of three years.
A law on privatization was recently adopted. A new program has also been launched for the sale of state shares of 250 large enterprises and about 1,000 real estate properties, as well as the initial public offering (IPO) of shares of 12 enterprises on the stock markets.
A sustainability rating for entrepreneurs has been introduced. Tax audits are not carried out on business entities with high ratings.
