Uzbekistan’s MIA delegation gets acquainted with activities of Korean National Police Agency
From May 7 to May 13, a delegation of Uzbekistan led by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General Davron Nazarmukhamedov, visited the Republic of Korea.
The visit was another result of intensified interaction between law enforcement agencies of the two countries.
The delegation visited the Korean National Police Agency, the Korean National Police University, the Police Training Institute, the Investigator Training Institute, the Seoul Police Agency, and the National Traffic Control Center.
The delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan got acquainted with the activities of the Korean National Police Agency, as well as its educational institutions, studied the structure of the police agency and the police training program.
Meetings were held with the leadership of the Korean National Police Agency, during which the parties exchanged experience in training and improving the qualifications of law enforcement officers, and also discussed issues of further intensifying interaction in a wide range of areas of mutual interest. Working contacts have been established for further cooperation and exchange of experience.
An agreement was reached to organize a return visit of the delegation of the Korean National Police Agency to Uzbekistan.
