The Toshshakhartranskhizmat company said in its commentary that the bus driver did not violate traffic rules - he stopped in front of the Stop sign and began moving along with the drivers of other vehicles.
No casualties were reported as a result of the incident. The bus was damaged.
The company also indicated that there was no controller at the crossing who could stop the movement of vehicles when trains approached and allow it to continue.
