Public disorder at football event leads to detention of 13 in Surkhandarya
During a football match in the Oltinsoy district, 13 citizens who disrupted public order and actively resisted internal affairs officers were detained for 15 days.

In the Surkhandarya region's Oltinsoy district, on May 31, citizens who caused disorder and actively resisted internal affairs officers during a football match faced legal action.
That day, local youths gathered in the Obod Turmush neighborhood of the district to hold football and mini-football tournaments. As the game was about to begin, one spectator (born in 1990) refused to leave the field, hindering the start of the match.
The citizen actively resisted and did not comply with the lawful demands of the officers who came to escort him off the field. He and 12 of his fellow community members disrupted public order, causing a commotion on the football field and contributing to the cancellation of the match.
These 13 citizens were sentenced to 15 days of detention for offenses under Article 183 (Petty hooliganism), Article 194 (Failure to comply with lawful demands of internal affairs officers), and Article 195 (Resisting internal affairs officers performing their duties) of the Administrative Responsibility Code.
