Truck driver hits 3-year-old child to death in Tashkent

A fatal accident occurred in the Uchtepa district of the capital. The driver of the truck did not immediately realize that he had hit the child. Having found the boy unconscious under the wheels, the driver called an ambulance, and then law enforcement officers, the “Millar” information program reported.

Allegedly, the accident occurred near a private kindergarten, from where the 3-year-old child was taken by his brother. The preschooler died at the scene.

According to witnesses, the child tried to run across the road in front of the truck.

Currently, an investigation into the incident is underway.
