Uzbek medical workers to undergo internships in Korea
A long-term program for improving the skills of medical personnel will be launched in Korean specialized centers.

Uzbek medical workers are trained in specialized centers of South Korea, the presidential press service reported.
It is noted that during the negotiations with the participation of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol, an agreement was reached on the preparation and acceleration of the implementation of medical cluster projects, including a hospital for adults and an oncology clinic.
In addition, a long-term program for improving the skills of medical personnel will be launched in specialized centers in Korea.
Extensive experience in cooperation in the field of education has been accumulated. The first Uzbek-Korean rectors' forum was held in March last year. The next meeting will be held next year.
The proposal to establish an institute based on the model of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in Uzbekistan was supported.
In cooperation with the Korean Institute of Public Administration and the National Institute of Human Resources, it is planned to open a training center for Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence at the Academy of Public Administration in Tashkent.
