Compensation to be paid for errors in calculating waste collection fees
The bill proposes compensation to citizens for expenses and moral damages for errors made by plumbing companies when calculating fees for waste removal services.
The draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Regulatory Documents” has been announced.
The bill provides for the introduction of appropriate amendments and additions to the Administrative Responsibility Code, the laws “On Waste” and “On the Execution of Court Documents and Documents of Other Bodies”.
In particular, the Administrative Responsibility Code and the Law “On Waste” provide for amendments to compensate citizens for expenses and moral damages for errors made by plumbing companies when calculating fees for waste removal services.
Also, amendments to Article 52 of the Law “On the Execution of Court Documents and Documents of Other Bodies” propose to prevent foreclosure of the debts of the SUE “Toza khudud”, foreclosure and collection of debts to third parties until the private partner pays the amounts of special vehicles and equipment transferred to a private partner, subject to payment in installments on a public-private basis.
