UVT Aero to launch Kazan-Tashkent flights starting August 4

The Russian airline UVT Aero has announced the launch of a direct flight between Kazan and Tashkent.

Flights between the capital of Tatarstan and the capital of Uzbekistan will be operated once a week—during the night from Sunday to Monday, starting from August 4. The route will be served by Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft.

Flight Schedule:

Departure from Kazan: 22:30, Arrival in Tashkent: 3:55
Departure from Tashkent: 4:55, Arrival in Kazan: 6:30

The one-way ticket price starts at 150 euros (2.05 million UZS according to the Central Bank rate).

UVT Aero received permission to fly to Uzbekistan in August 2023 and began weekly flights on the Kazan-Samarkand-Kazan route in September. This winter, it became known that the carrier plans to launch flights to Tashkent and Bukhara.

The regional airline UVT Aero was established in 2015. The carrier is based in Kazan and operates flights from Tatarstan and nearby regions to other cities in Russia, and since 2017, also abroad. The airline's fleet consists of Canadian Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft, designed for distances up to 2,600 km.
