Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment
Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev, known by the name "Bakhti Tashkentsky," was found guilty of committing crimes under several articles of the Criminal Code and was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment.
The Yunusabad District Court in Tashkent announced the verdict for Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev, known as "Bakhti Tashkentsky."
Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev was found guilty of committing crimes under several articles of the Criminal Code and was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment.
The 53-year-old Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev was accused under the following articles of the Criminal Code:
• Article 104, Part 3, Clause "g" (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm by a member of an organized group or in the interests of such a group/punishable by 8 to 10 years of imprisonment);
• Article 109, Part 2 (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm causing a short-term health deterioration of more than six days but not exceeding twenty-one days or a short-term loss of general work capacity/punishable by a fine of 25 to 50 times the base calculation amount (BCA), corrective labor for up to 2 years, restriction of freedom for up to 1 year, or imprisonment for up to 1 year);
• Article 138, Part 1 (illegal deprivation of liberty by force/punishable by a fine of up to 50 times the BCA, compulsory community service for up to 360 hours, corrective labor for up to 3 years, restriction of freedom for 1 to 3 years, or imprisonment for up to 3 years);
• Article 165, Part 3, Clauses "a" and "v" (extortion/punishable by 10 to 15 years of imprisonment);
• Article 168, Part 4, Clauses "a" and "v" (fraud/punishable by a fine of 400 to 600 times the BCA or 8 to 10 years of imprisonment);
• Article 228, Part 2, Clauses "a" and "b" (preparation, forgery, sale, or use of documents, stamps, seals, or blanks/punishable by corrective labor for 2 to 3 years, restriction of freedom for 3 to 5 years, or imprisonment for 3 to 5 years);
• Article 228, Part 3 (use of knowingly forged documents/punishable by a fine of 25 to 50 times the BCA, compulsory community service for up to 300 hours, corrective labor for up to 2 years, restriction of freedom for up to 2 years, or imprisonment for up to 2 years);
• Article 242, Part 1 (organizing a criminal group, or its subdivisions, or leading such a group, and activities aimed at ensuring their existence and functioning/punishable by 15 to 20 years of imprisonment);
• Article 243 (legalization of proceeds from criminal activities/punishable by 5 to 10 years of imprisonment);
• Article 276, Part 2, Clauses "a" and "b" (illegal preparation, storage, possession, transportation, or sending of narcotic drugs, their analogs, or psychotropic substances without the purpose of sale/punishable by restriction of freedom for 3 to 5 years or imprisonment for 3 to 5 years);
• Article 277, Part 2, Clauses "b" and "v" (hooliganism/punishable by compulsory community service for 300 to 360 hours, restriction of freedom for 1 to 3 years, or imprisonment for up to 3 years).
