Uzbekistan, Vietnam discuss issues of developing economic ties and promoting investment
Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam Bui Thanh Son.
“We are glad to have a telephone conversation with E.P. Bui Thanh Son, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam. On behalf of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan H.E. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, we once again express our most sincere condolences in connection with the death of the Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Communist Party E.P. Nguyen Phu Chong.
Our countries can take advantage of many opportunities to enrich bilateral ties, develop dynamic cooperation, and create new connecting bridges in all areas.
We discussed upcoming high-level exchanges, the development of economic ties, and investment promotion. We appreciate the close partnership established between the foreign ministries of Uzbekistan and Vietnam,” the head of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry wrote on his Telegram channel.
It should be recalled that on March 18-19, Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov visited Hanoi and held bilateral negotiations with the leaders of Vietnam, including Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son.
