Consumers can now track electricity usage and payments online with new billing system
It has been highlighted that through the updated system, it is now possible to monitor consumed electricity, including payment information, daily electricity consumption, and any other data online.

JSC Regional Electric Networks has fully implemented the new HET Billing software complex.
It has been noted that consumers can now make online payments for electricity and monitor the available information in their personal accounts.
Through the updated system, it is emphasized that consumed electricity, including payment information, daily electricity consumption, and any other data, can be monitored online.
Earlier, it was announced that due to the launch of the new billing software complex, there could be technical disruptions in making online payments for electricity and accessing available information in personal accounts from July 31 to August 5.
JSC Regional Electric Networks explained that the delay in implementing the system was due to several technical processes and its phased launch, and apologized to consumers for the inconvenience.
