Uzbekistan's Ambassador Farrukh Tursunov met with Jorge Alvarez and Monica Figuerola, heads of the international relations departments of Spain's HM Hospitales Group and Quirón Hospital Group, respectively.
During the meeting, the parties discussed establishing mutually beneficial relations between these clinics and medical institutions, particularly in areas such as providing favorable conditions for the professional development of medical personnel, organizing online or offline courses, conducting master classes by specialists from these clinics, collaborating on research projects with medical higher education institutions, and exploring the possibilities of opening branches of these companies in Uzbekistan.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was agreed that representatives of the Spanish companies would visit Uzbekistan in September of this year to hold negotiations with relevant ministries and specialized institutions in the republic.
