Tashkent begins equipping Olympic Village for 2025 Asian Games as construction nears completion
The construction of the Olympic Village for the 2025 Asian Games in Tashkent is nearing completion, with outfitting work now underway.
Currently, construction work is progressing rapidly on the Olympic Village being built for the Tashkent-2025 Youth Asian Games. Sports Minister Adham Ikramov, National Olympic Committee Secretary-General Oybek Kosimov, and Deputy Chairman of the Committee Azizkhon Komilov inspected the construction, according to the press service of the National Olympic Committee.

During the visit, officials closely examined the current state of the facilities. Responsible specialists provided detailed information about the ongoing work.

It was noted that metal construction work has already been completed, and the process of enclosing the external parts of the facilities is underway. Builders emphasized that each detail is given special attention and most of the materials used are high-quality products.
The discussion also revisited the issue of effective post-Games use of the facilities. Officials provided necessary recommendations to enhance the efficiency of the project.
