Government announces 4 consecutive days off for Independence Day celebrations
The days off for the upcoming Independence Day holiday have been announced.

People in Uzbekistan will have a 4-day break in honor of Independence Day, according to the press service of the Agency for the Development of Public Service.
August 31: Additional day off for employees with a six-day workweek
September 1: Independence Day
September 2: Transferred day off
September 3: Additional day off for everyone
It should be noted that since September 1, Independence Day, falls on a Sunday in 2024, this day off will be transferred to Monday, September 2.
