Uzbekistan and Poland set to strengthen consular ties
Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Poland, Amirsaid Agzamkhodjaev, met with Justyna Chrzanowska, Director of the Consular Department of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to discuss the current state and future prospects of bilateral cooperation in consular and legal matters.
During the meeting, the two officials focused on several key areas, including the visa application process for Uzbek students seeking to study in Poland, the recognition of academic credentials, and the provision of legal assistance to Uzbeks temporarily residing in Poland.
Both sides agreed to hold the first round of consular consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Poland in Tashkent in 2025. This initiative aims to enhance cooperation in addressing consular and legal issues affecting the citizens of both countries.
The upcoming consultations are expected to pave the way for closer ties and more efficient support for nationals traveling between the two nations.
