According to a decree issued by the Committee, "Uzum Tezkor" has been identified as a dominant digital platform operator in the ready-made food and other consumer goods order and delivery aggregator service market.
The official statement notes that, in compliance with competition laws, to prevent abuses of its dominant position, the Monopoly Compliance System will be implemented as a mandatory requirement. Regular monitoring will also be conducted to ensure adherence to these regulations.
Earlier, in October 2024, "Yandex Eats" and "Express24", which provide food delivery and other consumer goods order services, were also determined to hold dominant market positions.
