Uzbekistan increases watermelon exports in first half of 2025
In January–June 2025, Uzbekistan exported 130,600 tons of watermelons abroad, valued at $29.9 million.
According to the National Statistics Committee, this figure is 52,700 tons higher compared to the same period last year.
The countries that imported the largest volumes of Uzbek watermelons in the first half of 2025 were:
• Russia – 66,000 tons
• Kazakhstan – 44,000 tons
• Kyrgyzstan – 19,000 tons
• Belarus – 968 tons
• Mongolia – 618 tons
• Latvia – 76 tons
• Georgia – 66 tons
• Poland – 61 tons
• Other countries – 121 tons
