State to subsidize part of private preschool fees for low-income families
The list of eligible children will be generated automatically, and funds will be transferred directly to private preschool institutions.
The Ministry of Justice has registered the Regulation on the procedure for partial compensation from the state budget of parental fees for children from families listed in the Register of Low-Income Families who attend private family preschool educational organizations, the ministry reported.
Families included in the Register of Low-Income Families will be eligible for partial compensation of parental fees.
The list of children entitled to such compensation will be generated automatically through the information system.
Private family preschools will receive 40% of the parental fee rate established for public preschools with a 9-hour workday in the corresponding region.
The compensation will be allocated based on the actual number of children from eligible families attending the preschool but not exceeding 15% of total places in the institution.
