President of Finland to pay a four-day visit to Uzbekistan
At the invitation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Finland Alexander Stubb will visit Tashkent from 29 October to 1 November. The high-level talks will focus on expanding political, trade, economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.
The discussions will pay special attention to increasing mutual trade volume and fostering cooperation in agriculture, environmental protection, chemical and energy industries, digitalization, mining, and other innovative sectors.
The two sides will also discuss collaboration in areas such as labor migration, culture, and the introduction of advanced technologies in education.
In addition, they will exchange views on pressing international issues and explore ways to strengthen mutual support within multilateral frameworks.
