Uzbekistan exports over 4,000 mobile phones in nine months
Uzbekistan exported 4,117 mobile phones valued at almost $1.3 million to five countries in January–September 2025, according to the National Statistics Committee. The United Arab Emirates accounted for the largest share of shipments.
Data shows that Uzbek-made mobile phones were delivered to the following markets during the nine-month period:
- United Arab Emirates – 2,916 units
- China – 618 units
- Afghanistan – 397 units
- United States – 144 units
- Switzerland – 42 units
The figures indicate that the UAE remains the dominant market for Uzbekistan’s mobile phone exports. At the same time, demand from a diverse set of buyers – including China, Afghanistan, the United States and Switzerland – highlights growing international interest in domestically produced devices.
