Tenet Group partners with Gianfranco Ferré Home for first premium interior project in the CIS
The boutique developer TENET Group has partnered with the renowned Italian interior brand Gianfranco Ferré Home to design the interiors of the Stellar Residence complex. This collaboration marks the brand’s first interior design project not only in Uzbekistan, but across the entire CIS region.

The official agreement was signed in Italy.
“Our strategic vision is to create an environment where architecture, design and substance exist in a single context. With Gianfranco Ferré Home, this idea finds its full expression,” said Tukhfatkhuja Anvarkhujayev, founder of TENET Group.
Gianfranco Ferré Home is part of the international Oniro Group, an association that brings together leading luxury design brands such as Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors, ETRO Home Interiors and Jacob & Co Haute Living.

As part of the partnership, Gianfranco Ferré Home is developing interior solutions for Stellar Residence, a multifunctional premium complex. The brand will create exclusive concepts for the show apartments as well as the lobby areas.
The project includes furniture, lighting systems and decorative elements, with several pieces specially designed for this development. These bespoke solutions highlight Stellar Residence’s distinctive aesthetic. Through this initiative, Gianfranco Ferré Home is not only introducing its signature style, but also setting a new benchmark for Uzbekistan’s interior design market.
