Uzbekistan Airways and Uzbekistan Railways announce discounts for students on domestic routes during winter holidays

Uzbekistan Airways has announced discounts of up to 50% on economy-class fares for students of secondary specialized, vocational, and higher educational institutions on all domestic flights.

The discount is valid for flights operating from 26 December 2025 to 11 January 2026 inclusive.

The discount is provided upon presentation of a document confirming enrolment in a state educational institution. Such confirmation can be obtained:

• online via the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services;
• from the educational institution;
• in the form of an electronic confirmation issued by the Electronic Government Project Management Centre.

It is noted that various taxes, fees and surcharges added to the passenger fare are not subject to the discount.

Uzbekistan Railways has also announced a 50% discount on the full ticket price for all domestic passenger trains, except SV/VIP carriages and the Afrosiyob high-speed electric train.

The discount on rail tickets will be valid from 18 December 2025 to 12 January 2026.
