Uzbekistan aims to expand visa-free travel opportunities for its citizens to 50 countries by 2030
The number of countries with simplified entry is to be increased to 60, while agreements on travel using ID cards are to be concluded with three countries.

Uzbekistan plans to expand the list of countries its citizens can visit without a visa to 50 by 2030, according to the draft updated Uzbekistan – 2030 Strategy.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been tasked with gradually expanding the list of destinations where Uzbek citizens can travel visa-free: to 37 countries in 2026, 42 in 2027, 45 in 2028, 48 in 2029, and 50 by 2030.
By 2030, the number of countries offering simplified entry procedures for Uzbek citizens is also planned to increase. Over the next five years, this figure is expected to grow by at least 15 – from 45 to 60.
In addition, the draft strategy includes agreements enabling Uzbek citizens to travel within Central Asia using national ID cards. Two agreements are planned for 2026 and one more for 2027.
