Uzbekistan to launch regular bus service to St Petersburg from Tashkent
A regular international bus service between Tashkent and St Petersburg will be launched starting February 23, 2026.
According to the Ministry of Transport, the service will be operated by Uzautotrans Service and will run twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.
The first bus on the Tashkent–St Petersburg route is scheduled to depart from the Tashkent bus terminal at 5:00 p.m. on February 23. The ticket price has been set at UZS 1.2 million.
During the journey, the bus will make an intermediate stop in Moscow at the Novoyasenevskaya bus terminal before continuing to St Petersburg.
Return trips from St Petersburg to Tashkent will also operate on Mondays and Fridays. Buses will depart from the St Petersburg bus terminal at 5:00 p.m. local time.
