The document, registered by the country's Ministry of Justice on April 3, requires that temporary structures be installed only by qualified specialists and constructed in accordance with approved design documentation.
The rules require such structures to withstand environmental factors such as wind, rain, and earthquakes.
The regulation also sets out technical layout standards. Passageways longer than 30 meters must be at least 1.6 meters wide, while those shorter than 30 meters must be no less than 1.2 meters. In seating rows with access from only one side, the number of seats must not exceed 50.
The distance between rows must not be more than 0.45 meters, and aisles between rows must be at least 0.9 meters wide.
Construction materials must meet safety standards, including corrosion protection for metal elements and fire-resistant treatment for wood components.
Temporary structures must also be equipped with safety signage, including warnings of electrical hazards and clearly marked evacuation routes.
The rules require that evacuation exits be provided and that conditions ensure the safe movement of people and enable rapid evacuation in emergencies.
