Under the decree, the state will now provide monthly compensation to help cover the costs of housing and communal services for these vulnerable households.
The newly approved amendments to several legislative acts specifically target the parents and surviving spouses of fallen soldiers. By subsidizing a portion of their utility expenses, the government aims to alleviate the financial burden on these families and improve their overall living conditions.
This initiative is part of a broader national strategy to enhance the social protection system in Uzbekistan. According to the document, the primary objective of this measure is to expand the reach of state assistance to socially vulnerable layers of the population who have made significant sacrifices in service to the country.
