The court found Karimov guilty under several articles of the Criminal Code. Specifically, he was convicted of large-scale fraud under Article 168, Part 4, Paragraph "a"; making threats of murder or physical violence under Article 112, Part 1; and the illegal manufacture, acquisition, or possession of narcotics or psychotropic substances under Article 273, Part 2.
Based on these findings, the judge sentenced Karimov to five years in prison. In addition to the custodial sentence, he was ordered to pay a fine equivalent to 410 times the Base Calculating Amount (BCA). The court ruled that the prison term and the fine would be enforced separately.
During the proceedings, the court acknowledged that the material damage caused to one of the victims, identified as Sh. A., had been fully recovered. However, the court also informed victims Sh. A. and F. R. of their legal right to pursue further claims for both material and moral damages through civil court proceedings.
The verdict has not yet entered full legal force, and all parties involved maintain the right to appeal the decision to a higher judicial authority in accordance with established legal procedures.
