The enterprise represents a total investment of $5.4 million and was realized in partnership with the Russian firm VR Plast. The facility specializes in the production of thermoplastic elastomer granules, specialized seals for doors and window frames, industrial and food-grade hoses, and an array of polymer items engineered for the construction and electrical engineering sectors.

To maintain strict quality control, the plant features an advanced testing laboratory and a dedicated research center. These facilities focus on formulating next-generation materials tailored to meet the rigorous regulatory demands of both Asian and European markets, ensuring that all output aligns with international standards.

The industrial project has created 58 specialized jobs. By the end of 2025, NovoPlast TPE manufactured products valued at UZS 103 billion, with international exports reaching $5 million.

The enterprise has also advanced Uzbekistan's localization program by manufacturing $8.5 million worth of import-substituting goods over the past year. Looking ahead, the company aims to scale its total production volume to UZS 177 billion and raise its export share to 60% of total output.
